Clare has a proven ability to manage the entire M&A transaction lifecycle for renewable energy project developers, having helped close over 30 renewable energy M&A deals, totaling over 7 GW in capacity. She is skilled in assisting clients in negotiating contracts and managing complex transactions while ensuring client satisfaction. Clare possesses in-depth knowledge of the renewable energy market, project finance, deal structuring, and due diligence processes. Before joining LevelTen in May of 2021 she worked as a development and construction manager at Unico Solar Investors, giving her a firm understanding of the renewable energy project development process. Clare received her bachelor's degree in Urban Studies with a minor in Business Administration from Fordham University. She also holds a commercial real estate development certificate from the University of Washington.
