Q: What should I do if I forget my username or password?
A: Click Forgot password? on the password entry page, enter the email your account is registered with, and click Send Email. Look in your inbox for the system generated email and follow the prompts. Your username will always be your corporate email. If you believe this email is not correct, submit a request.
How Tos
Join my company's account or add a user to my account
- An existing user in your company's account will be required to submit a request via the Support Center in order to add you to the account.
- If you are unable to communicate with an existing user of your company's account, select Platform Access under the Submit a Request form on this page:
- Select I cannot communicate with an existing user of my company's account from the How can we help? dropdown.
- Identify the name of the company you are associated with.
- State your affiliation with the indicated company.
- Detail the reason you are unable to connect with an existing user in the message and click submit.
Request an account for my company
- Verify internally that your company does not have an account on the LevelTen Platform. You may be able to verify existing vendor relationships with your IT/Security team or your Finance team.
- Under the Submit a Request form on this page, select Platform Access.
- Select Create a Platform Account from the How can we help? dropdown.
- Complete the form and click submit. Our team will respond with an introduction and next steps.

- Prepare as much detail as possible, including screenshots and recordings if applicable.
